This project is very well done, and well organized, showing that a lot of time was put into it. You obviously paid attention in class, because the information about combining yang and da to make mei was only mentioned maybe once in class, as a quick history lesson. Your multiple examples helps me to understand how to use mei in a sentence, and what other words I can combine it with. The summary section wraps things up nicely, and your question about the country side makes me wonder the same thing. These are notes that I would take whether I was absent from class or not. Great job!

MCBCV12's comments: Your project is very nice. It is very organized and easy to read. Adding the history was a good touch, for it taught me a lot about how and why the character was created. I am also impressed on how you included the pinyin with tone marks. However, the spacing could have been a little better to clear some of the "clutter" and make your project more appealing. There is also a few grammar mistakes, but overall, job well done.

MJBCV12's comments: Your project was very well done. You can tell that you put a lot of time and effort into the project, as well as some research, because some of the stuff in your project we didn't even learn in class. It is nice that you put not only what mei, yang, and da mean but the history behind them, which we never really learn about. The summary is also a nice touch, because it brings together everything that you wrote about through the project, and leaves the reader with more knowledge than when they read it. One thing you could have improved upon is the spacing between the different topics, which would have made it not only easier to read, but would have gotten rid of some of the white space at the bottom.
